3.1 Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Communicates to clients the group product benefits and special offers
- Offers customers a trial period
- Books appointments for a Sales rep visit
- Updates customers information
- Receives orders and arrange for delivery and bills to be sent
- Logs the call into a computer, including dates for follow up calls
Qualifications&Skills:
– Enjoys working with customers and building relationships
– Excellent communication and listening skills
– Has a positive attitude, is polite&friendly
– Patient and respects customers’ answers
– Confidence using computers
– Well-organized and result-oriented
– Works well under pressure
