Product Managers:- Proven experience in managing fintech or digital banking products from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work closely with Scrum Masters.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Familiarity with UAE central bank regulations, AML, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in modern development stacks such as MERN or MEAN (Node.js, React, and MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of secure API integration and financial-grade security protocols.
- A background in developing mobile-responsive web applications with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
