Specifically, there is an urgent need for Civil Engineers and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Managers to lead these complex projects across various states.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Civil Engineers: Professionals are needed to design and oversee the construction of substations, transmission towers, and access roads. You will be responsible for structural integrity, site grading, and ensuring that all construction meets federal and state standards.

HSE Managers: Safety is paramount in high-voltage environments. HSE Managers will develop safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations to protect workers and the surrounding environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • For Engineers: Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
  • For HSE: Relevant certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or NEBOSH.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
