To support this massive technological shift, several maritime logistics centers are currently seeking skilled Site Engineers and Logistics Managers. These roles are critical in bridging the gap between physical infrastructure and the advanced AI-driven systems that manage ship-to-shore operations today.
Role Overview and Requirements
Successful candidates will oversee the integration of automated cranes, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), and smart stacking systems. We are looking for professionals who can handle the pressure of high-volume logistics while maintaining a keen eye for technical precision.
- Site Engineers: Must have a background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with experience in port infrastructure or large-scale industrial automation.
- Logistics Managers: Should possess deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, vessel scheduling, and automated terminal operating systems (TOS).
- General Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime or industrial logistics, proficiency in data analytics, and strong leadership skills.
