Job Requirements for Planning Engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience within the UAE construction market.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Proven experience with AI-based predictive scheduling and risk assessment tools.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between site teams and management.
Job Requirements for Quantity Surveyors
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in cost estimation, tendering, and FIDIC contract management.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AI-driven cost management software.
- Ability to manage sub-contractor accounts and variations accurately.
