Job Requirements | المتطلبات الوظيفية
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): At least 12-15 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably within investment banking or asset management. You need a solid track record of managing multi-million dollar funds.
- Risk Manager: 8+ years focusing on market and credit risk, with a specific focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and ADGM/ADX compliance standards.
- Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or FRM are highly preferred.
