A leading specialized physical rehabilitation center in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a professional and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead their administrative and operational teams. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facility. The successful candidate will work closely with medical professionals and support staff to optimize the patient journey from admission to recovery. Applicants should possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management practices within the UAE medical landscape.
Job Requirements / متطلبات الوظيفة:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare supervisory role, preferably within a rehabilitation or physiotherapy setting.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for communication with diverse patients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of DOH/HAAD regulations and local compliance standards in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الرعاية الصحية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة العيادات أو مراكز التأهيل الطبي.
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling and facility maintenance.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction and handling feedback or concerns professionally.
- Managing facility budgets, financial reporting, and procurement of medical supplies.
- Maintaining strict compliance with local health authority regulations and safety protocols.
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance clinical service delivery.
