Role Overview
As a Clinical Manager or Administrator in this sector, you won't just be managing a standard clinic. You will be overseeing personalized health programs that involve genetic testing, bio-hacking, and long-term wellness strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily clinical operations and staff schedules.
- Ensuring all clinical practices meet the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi standards.

- Handling budgets, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Improving patient satisfaction through high-touch customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications / المتطلبات والشروط
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business Management.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in clinical management, preferably within the UAE.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOH/DHA regulations and licensing.
- Skills: Excellent leadership abilities and a genuine interest in personalized medicine.
- Languages: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is highly preferred for patient interaction.
