Job Roles and Requirements
1. Continuous Improvement Manager (مدير التحسين المستمر)
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of efficiency and waste reduction.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is essential.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies within a manufacturing or smart industry context.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
2. Service Delivery Manager (مدير تسليم الخدمات)
This role focuses on the seamless delivery of services to industrial clients, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are exceeded through technological innovation.
- Requirements:
- Extensive background in service management, preferably with ITIL certification.
- Experience managing large-scale BPO or industrial service contracts.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations at a high level.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
