Dubai is leading the global charge in integrating Artificial Intelligence into public and private services. We are looking for a visionary Customer Experience Director to oversee the transition to AI-enhanced smart services, ensuring that technology serves human needs efficiently and intuitively while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence in the region.
Role Overview
In this high-level leadership role, you will be responsible for defining how users interact with AI-driven systems, from sophisticated virtual assistants to automated service kiosks. The objective is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty while leveraging the efficiency and speed of smart technology. You will bridge the gap between technical developers and the end-user.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Innovation: Lead the redesign of customer journeys to include AI touchpoints without losing the human element.
- Data Analytics: Work closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to interpret user behavior and improve predictive models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage teams across operations, tech, and marketing to ensure a unified service vision.
- Continuous Improvement: Set benchmarks for AI performance in customer interactions and monitor NPS and CSAT scores rigorously.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Customer Experience, Service Delivery, or Operations Management.
- Hands-on experience with AI implementation or digital transformation projects in a BPO or tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable CX strategies.
