We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to oversee our AI-powered virtual concierge services. This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and high-touch human service, ensuring every interaction is seamless and professional.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
As a CX Manager, you will be responsible for refining the AI's tone of voice, managing a team of support specialists, and analyzing user feedback to improve service delivery. We need someone who understands that technology is only as good as the experience it provides.
- Experience: At least 5 years in CX, Operations Management, or Customer Success, preferably within a tech or BPO environment.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, data analytics, and AI training platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Location: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
