Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- AI Knowledge: You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI work.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical features to people who aren't tech-savvy.
- Problem Solving: Since AI technology is new, things don't always go as planned. You need to be someone who can figure out solutions on the fly.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English is required (Arabic is a big plus for dealing with international enterprise clients).
