- Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of critical infrastructure including cooling systems, power distribution, and backup generators.
- Team Leadership: Manage on-site technicians, security personnel, and vendor contracts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for maintenance and capacity planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center environments or large-scale industrial facilities.
- Deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and HVAC.
- Strong background in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
