Dubai is pushing the limits of smart city technology, and we are currently looking for skilled professionals to join a major urban infrastructure project. We need a Digital Twin Construction Manager and a Planning Engineer who can manage the link between physical construction and virtual data models. These roles are critical for managing complex site operations using real-time insights rather than just old-school spreadsheets.

Key Requirements | المتطلبات الأساسية
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience with Digital Twin platforms (like Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, or similar).
- Strong understanding of 4D/5D planning and scheduling.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية داخل دولة الإمارات.
- إجادة التعامل مع برامج التخطيط مثل Primavera P6 والربط مع نماذج النمذجة الرقمية.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with data analysts for real-time reporting.

The Construction Manager will oversee the digital-to-physical synchronization, ensuring that site progress matches the digital twin model perfectly. The Planning Engineer will focus on resource allocation, timeline management, and predictive analysis within the virtual environment to stop delays before they even happen.
