The digital transformation of US port operations is no longer a future goal—it is happening now. As terminals transition to smart technologies, the demand for robust connectivity and seamless service management has skyrocketed. We are currently seeking experienced Service Delivery Managers and Network Engineers to lead these critical infrastructure projects across major logistics hubs.
Role Requirements & Responsibilities
To succeed in these roles, candidates must possess a blend of technical expertise and operational awareness. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who can handle the complexities of industrial automation and large-scale networking.
- Service Delivery Managers: You will be responsible for SLA management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that IT services align with terminal operations. ITIL certification is highly preferred.
- Network Engineers: We need experts in 5G private networks, IoT connectivity, and network security. Cisco or Juniper certifications and experience with ruggedized hardware in industrial environments are essential.
