We are expanding our telehealth reach across the Sunshine State and need a Director of Digital Operations to build the systems that keep our patients and doctors connected seamlessly. The Role & Responsibilities
This isn't just about managing a team; it is about building a digital infrastructure that actually works for real people. Your main tasks will involve:
- Scaling our digital platforms to handle increased patient volume without glitches.
- Optimizing service delivery workflows for maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborating with IT and product teams to integrate new EMR/EHR tools.
- Monitoring operational KPIs to improve patient outcomes and system uptime.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5-7 years in operational management, specifically in digital health or tech sectors.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations in the US.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and cross-functional departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer experience.
