Key Responsibilities / Aufgabenbereiche
- Designing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies across multiple continents.
- Leading large-scale ERP migration projects using Supply Chain Management Software like SAP S/4HANA.
- Implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Managing cross-functional teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Zurich, and Basel.
- Overseeing Business Process Outsourcing and fleet management solutions to optimize costs.
Job Requirements / Anforderungen
- At least 10-15 years of senior experience in Logistics and Distribution Management.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Deep understanding of the PMP certification salary impact and project management standards.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; professional German is highly advantageous for Swiss operations.
- Strong background in Operations Management Training and leadership.
