- Extensive experience in Logistics and Distribution Management, specifically within the Australian market.
- Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in Lean Operations.
- Ability to manage diverse teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German proficiency is highly regarded for global stakeholder management).
