We are currently looking for a high-impact Global Logistics & Fleet Solutions Director to bridge operations between Switzerland and the United States. This role isn't just about moving goods; it's about architecting a seamless, ERP-driven ecosystem that leverages Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency in complex cross-border environments. In a global economy where speed and accuracy define success, the integration of advanced fleet management systems with robust supply chain infrastructure is no longer optional—it is a competitive necessity.
The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of ERP Implementation Services while ensuring that lean operations strategies are embedded within every local and international distribution hub. Your expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and large-scale Logistics and Distribution Management will be the cornerstone of our regional growth, particularly in aligning European precision with American scale.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Proven track record of leading complex process improvement projects and lean transformations.
- ERP Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with high-tier systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud for global logistics modules.
- Fleet Management Solutions: Strategic oversight of vehicle assets, maintenance protocols, and fuel efficiency metrics across two continents.
- Transatlantic Strategy: Managing operations in both the Swiss and US markets, ensuring full regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency.
