Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Quantity Surveyors: Expertise in cost estimation for sustainable materials, energy-saving systems, and LEED-certified components.
- AutoCAD Draftsmen: Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings for HVAC upgrades, insulation layouts, and solar panel integration.
- Experience in existing building renovations and retrofitting projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes (US) and Estidama/Green Building Regulations (UAE).
