Key Responsibilities / Hauptaufgaben
- ERP Implementation Services: Lead the rollout of healthcare-specific ERP modules to centralize logistics and distribution management.
- Lean Operations Strategy: Apply Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to streamline nursing workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage fleet management solutions and oversee business process outsourcing (BPO) partners to optimize the hospital's internal delivery network.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide operations management training for clinical staff to ensure sustainable process changes.
Job Requirements / Anforderungen
- Proven experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management or Nursing Operations leadership.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong background in ERP Implementation (SAP, Oracle, or specialized Healthcare ERPs).
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between clinical teams and technical IT departments.
