Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- HR Generalists: Minimum 5 years of experience in a tech-driven environment, proficiency in UAE labor laws, and a background in employee engagement programs.
- Training Managers: Proven track record in designing wellness-focused curricula, familiar with digital learning platforms, and bilingual (English and Arabic) communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. Professional certifications like CIPD or SHRM are highly preferred.
