- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within the UAE real estate or construction market.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D Max.
- Strong understanding of sustainable building materials and energy-efficient systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
