There is a massive expansion happening right now across the capital, and the search is on for experienced Lead MEP and Sustainability Engineers who can handle complex cooling systems and power setups while keeping a close eye on the environment. This project is a major step in the region's tech growth, focusing on high-efficiency designs that meet international standards.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be the person making sure the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are running at peak efficiency. Since these are green data centers, sustainability isn't just a buzzword here—it's the core of the project. You will work closely with design teams to integrate renewable energy sources and innovative cooling technologies that can withstand the local climate without wasting resources. Abu Dhabi's Vision is really driving these high-tech projects, focusing on reducing the carbon footprint of digital assets, and you will be at the forefront of this mission.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: At least 8 to 10 years in MEP engineering, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in data center projects.
- Certifications: LEED AP or Estidama PQP (Pearl Qualified Professional) is highly preferred and will give you a major advantage.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression systems tailored for high-density computing environments.

- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على مشاريع مراكز البيانات.
- شهادات معتمدة في الاستدامة (مثل LEED أو استدامة PQP) تعتبر ضرورية للمنافسة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والتعامل الاحترافي مع برامج التصميم الهندسية والنمذجة.
