Logistics and Fleet Manager for Autonomous Delivery Networks

Currently, there is a demand for experienced Logistics and Fleet Managers to oversee the deployment and operation of autonomous delivery networks. This role involves blending traditional logistics expertise with a deep understanding of modern automation and AI-driven transport systems.
The position requires someone who can handle the day-to-day coordination of autonomous vehicle fleets while ensuring that customer delivery windows are met consistently. It is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the smart city revolution in the UAE. Managing a robot fleet requires a mix of technical troubleshooting and traditional supply chain planning.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in logistics management, fleet operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with fleet management software, GPS tracking, and AI monitoring tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle real-time technical issues that may arise with autonomous units.
- Education: A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is highly preferred for dealing with local authorities.

- Managing the maintenance and charging schedules for autonomous delivery robots.
- Analyzing traffic patterns and delivery data to optimize fleet performance.
- Ensuring all operations comply with Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) regulations.
