Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a Principal BPO & Fleet Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks that reduce waste and increase transparency across the supply chain. This involves:
- Lean Operations Strategy: Applying Six Sigma methodologies to identify bottlenecks in fleet movement and BPO workflows.
- ERP Implementation: Overseeing the integration of Supply Chain Management software to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Negotiating and managing BPO contracts to ensure high-performance standards.
- Sustainability: Integrating green fleet management solutions to meet environmental targets.
Anforderungen (Requirements)
Für diese Position suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit folgendem Profil:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung.
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 10 Jahre im Bereich Operations Management oder Logistik.
- Bildung: Ein MBA von einer Top-Institution oder eine vergleichbare Zertifizierung (z.B. PMP) ist von Vorteil.
- Sprachen: Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Kooperation mit europäischen Partnern sehr erwünscht.
