- At least 10 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or fleet management.
- Proven track record in BPO leadership, specifically managing global vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Fluency in both English and German to facilitate communication with stakeholders in Australia and the DACH region.
- Strong background in Logistics and Distribution Management.
