Principal Logistics & Fleet Transformation Lead: Bridging Switzerland and the UK

We are looking for a Principal Logistics & Fleet Transformation Lead to bridge our operations in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. This role focuses on high-level Lean Operations Strategy and the seamless integration of ERP Implementation Services to ensure our fleet remains competitive and efficient.
As organizations grapple with fluctuating fuel costs and regulatory changes, the need for a Six Sigma Black Belt certified leader has never been more critical. This role isn't just about moving goods; it's about re-engineering the entire Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) framework and distribution management systems. You will lead teams through rigorous Operations Management Training to instill a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction across all logistics nodes.
Key Requirements / Voraussetzungen
- Six Sigma Expertise: Must hold a Black Belt certification with a focus on Logistics and Distribution Management. / Six Sigma Expertise: Black Belt Zertifizierung mit Fokus auf Logistik und Distribution.
