A well-known retail group in Abu Dhabi is currently expanding its operations team and is looking for dedicated professionals to fill two key positions: Quality Assurance Specialist and Continuous Improvement Manager. These roles are critical for ensuring that the business maintains high service standards and optimizes its internal processes to stay competitive in the UAE market.
Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements | متطلبات أخصائي ضمان الجودة
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring service delivery and ensuring all retail operations meet company standards. Here is what we are looking for:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a QA role, specifically within retail or large-scale customer service operations.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with quality management software.
- Soft Skills: An incredible eye for detail and the ability to give constructive feedback to the frontline staff.
Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements | متطلبات مدير التحسين المستمر
We need someone who can look at our current workflows and find ways to make them faster and better. Key requirements include:
- Background: Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify bottlenecks in retail logistics and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong leadership skills to manage change across different departments.
- Language: Excellent command of English; Arabic is a significant advantage for dealing with local stakeholders.
