We are currently representing a leading global medical technology firm that is aggressively expanding its footprint across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the company is looking for a high-caliber Regional Sales Director to drive strategic growth and establish a dominant market presence in the GCC region. This is a pivotal role for a professional who understands the intersection of healthcare innovation and commercial excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the regional sales strategy, managing distributor relationships, and leading a high-performing team of account managers. The role requires a deep understanding of the local healthcare regulatory landscape and a proven track record of hitting ambitious revenue targets in the MedTech sector. You will work closely with global stakeholders to align regional goals with the company's long-term vision.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the Middle East market.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals and clinical specialists.
- Identify and onboard new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements | المتطلبات الأساسية
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in medical device sales, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role within the Middle East.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
