Senior AI Governance and Compliance Officer | مسؤول حوكمة وامتثال الذكاء الاصطناعي
We are currently looking for a Senior AI Governance and Compliance Officer to oversee autonomous healthcare systems in both San Jose and Dubai. This role is essential for making sure our medical AI stays safe, ethical, and fully compliant with international laws.نحن نبحث عن مسؤول حوكمة وامتثال أول للذكاء الاصطناعي للإشراف على أنظمة الرعاية الصحية المستقلة في سان خوسيه ودبي. هذا الدور ضروري لضمان بقاء ذكاءنا الاصطناعي الطبي آمناً وأخلاقياً ومتوافقاً تماماً مع القوانين الدولية.
What you will be doing | المهام المطلوبة
- Regulatory Strategy: Help us stay in line with HIPAA, GDPR, and local UAE health regulations.
- Risk Audits: Regularly check AI models for any bias or safety issues in patient care.
- Collaboration: Talk to both developers and doctors to make sure the tech works for everyone.

Who we are looking for | المتطلبات
- Strong background in AI law, ethics, or health tech compliance.
- Ability to manage projects across different time zones.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a huge plus).
