Job Requirements / Anforderungen
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or an MBA from a top-tier recruiter-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in clinical leadership roles, specifically in hospital or clinical trial environments.
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in Lean operations strategy and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Software: Strong expertise in ERP implementation and Supply Chain Management software within a healthcare context.
- Language: Fluency in both English and German is essential.
