There is a really solid role open in Sharjah for a Senior CI Manager. They are doing some cool things with smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, so they need someone who knows their way around both the shop floor and the tech side of things. It is a great opportunity if you are looking to step into a leadership position that actually values innovation over just following old manuals.
You will be leading Lean and Six Sigma projects, but the twist here is the heavy focus on automation and data. They want someone who can look at the production line and see where sensors or AI can actually make a difference. It is a big role with a lot of responsibility, but very rewarding if you like seeing your ideas actually change how things are built.
What you will be doing:
- Leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the whole facility.
- Working with IoT and smart factory tools to boost production efficiency.
- Training the team on better ways of working and implementing smart tech.
- Cutting down waste using real-time data analysis and predictive strategies.
What they are looking for:
- A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or something similar).
- About 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- A Six Sigma Black Belt is pretty much a requirement for this level.
- Hands-on experience with smart manufacturing or Industry 4.0 tech is a huge plus.
- Fluent in English; being able to speak Arabic is helpful for coordinating with different teams.
