Senior Fleet & ERP Implementation Lead: Switzerland Logistics Management Excellence

We are currently seeking a Senior Fleet & ERP Implementation Lead to spearhead digital transformation and operational excellence within a premier logistics network. This role is pivotal for professionals who bridge the gap between heavy-duty fleet operations and high-end Supply Chain Management Software. The ideal candidate will orchestrate the rollout of next-generation ERP systems while optimizing local distribution strategies to maintain Switzerland's reputation for logistics excellence.

Sie leiten komplexe ERP-Implementierungsprojekte und stellen sicher, dass alle Prozesse den höchsten Standards der Lean Operations Strategy entsprechen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Integration von Echtzeit-Datenanalysen zur Steigerung der Kosteneffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Schweizer Regulierungen.
Key Requirements / Anforderungen
- Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in logistics management with a proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Skills: Deep understanding of fleet telematics, routing algorithms, and international distribution compliance.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and German is mandatory.
