- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably within the energy, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and local employment regulations.
- Proven track record in sourcing technical talent and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience with HRIS systems and modern applicant tracking software.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
- درجة جامعية في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في سوق العمل الإماراتي.
- إجادة تامّة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- معرفة عميقة بقوانين العمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
