A prestigious design firm in Sharjah is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects. Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- Develop innovative design concepts and space planning for high-end villas and penthouses.
- Manage client relationships and present design proposals effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Select high-quality materials, furniture, and lighting that align with luxury aesthetics.
- Supervise site progress to ensure the design is executed according to specifications.
Requirements | المتطلبات
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury residential design, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of high-end residential projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
