Senior Technical Support Engineer for Edge Computing Solutions in Austin

This isn't just a standard support role; you'll be dealing with complex distributed systems where latency and reliability are everything. Main Responsibilities and Requirements
As a senior member of the team, you will be the go-to person for high-level technical escalations. Your day-to-day will involve debugging network configurations, optimizing edge nodes, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve product stability.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a technical support or systems engineering role, preferably in a cloud or edge environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Communication: The ability to explain complex technical issues to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin.
