Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services within healthcare facilities.
- Manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and technical vendors.
- Ensure all digital health systems comply with local UAE regulations and data privacy laws.
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- إدارة دورة تسليم خدمات تقنية المعلومات بالكامل داخل المنشآت الصحية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والطواقم الطبية والموردين.
- ضمان امتثال الأنظمة الرقمية للوائح المحلية وقوانين خصوصية البيانات في الإمارات.
Job Requirements | المتطلبات الوظيفية
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in IT Service Delivery, specifically within the healthcare sector (Hospitals, EMR providers).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and familiarity with Health Information Systems (HIS).
- Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in critical environments.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
- Background: Previous experience with Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations is a major plus.
