Site Engineer and MEP Coordinator Roles in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is moving towards more sustainable industrial developments, and there is a massive new project involving circular economy industrial parks. They are currently looking for a Site Engineer and an MEP Coordinator to help get these facilities up and running. These roles are essential for ensuring the infrastructure is built correctly and all systems work as intended.
What They Are Looking For
The project needs people who know their way around a construction site and understand the technical requirements of industrial zones. For the Site Engineer role, you will be on the ground supervising civil works, checking that everything follows the drawings, and making sure safety protocols are followed strictly. If you are applying for the MEP Coordinator position, you will be the point person for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, coordinating between different contractors to keep things on schedule.
Job Requirements
- A solid background in Engineering (Civil for Site Engineer; Mechanical or Electrical for MEP).
- Proven experience working on industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong problem-solving skills—things rarely go exactly to plan on site, so you need to be able to think on your feet.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a huge plus.
