The successful candidate will focus on harmonizing Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation Services. You will be responsible for defining the Lean Operations Strategy that will govern the flow of biotech materials between Switzerland and the United States. This includes managing Business Process Outsourcing and overseeing Logistics and Distribution Management at a global scale.
What We Are Looking For | Was wir suchen
- Expertise: Active Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification with a deep understanding of Lean principles.
- Industry Knowledge: At least 10 years in Operations Management, specifically within the Biotech or Pharma sector.
- Technical Skills: Experience with large-scale Fleet Management Solutions and global ERP rollouts.
- Communication: Native or near-native fluency in English and German to facilitate smooth communication between international teams.
