We are currently scouting for a high-caliber professional to fill the role of Strategic Head of Lean BPO & Logistics. This position is a cornerstone for organizations aiming to integrate Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies with complex supply chain frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business process outsourcing and physical distribution, ensuring a seamless flow of value across the entire enterprise.
Core Responsibilities and Strategy
In this role, you will be expected to oversee the implementation of Supply Chain Management Software and lead ERP Implementation Services to drive data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in Lean Operations Strategy will be vital for optimizing global logistics and distribution management, alongside managing Fleet Management Solutions for maximum cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute lean roadmaps for BPO initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead high-impact projects using DMAIC and Lean tools.
- Leadership: Conduct Operations Management Training for cross-functional teams.
- Technology Integration: Streamline workflows through modern ERP and logistics software.
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
