Sustainability and Carbon Compliance Supply Chain Manager (Los Angeles & Dubai)
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take the lead on our sustainability and carbon compliance efforts for our Trans-Pacific routes. This is a unique role that bridges our operations in Los Angeles and Dubai, focusing on making our shipping lanes cleaner and more efficient. If you know how to navigate complex international regulations while keeping the freight moving, we want to hear from you.
The Role and Responsibilities
This position isn't about writing theories; it's about implementation. You will be responsible for monitoring carbon emissions, ensuring we stay ahead of international maritime and air freight regulations, and finding ways to reduce our environmental impact without slowing down our service. You'll be working closely with teams in both LA and Dubai, so flexibility and great communication are key.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
- Strong understanding of carbon footprint calculation and green logistics.
- Familiarity with international environmental compliance (like IMO 2023 or similar frameworks).
- Ability to travel and coordinate between the US and UAE offices.
- Analytical mindset to track data and turn it into actionable reports.
