Sustainable Building Commissioning Engineer for Green Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is rapidly becoming a global leader in sustainable development. With the push for Estidama and LEED certifications, there is a high demand for skilled Commissioning Engineers to ensure green infrastructure projects operate at peak efficiency. This role involves more than just checking boxes; it is about verifying that complex building systems meet design intent and environmental goals.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated engineer to oversee the commissioning process for large-scale green infrastructure. You will be responsible for testing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they align with sustainability standards. Working closely with developers and contractors in Abu Dhabi, you will play a key role in reducing energy waste across the city.
Key Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in building commissioning or MEP systems.
- Certifications: LEED AP or Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, smart building controls, and energy auditing.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage for local site coordination.

- معرفة قوية بمعايير لؤلؤ من نظام استدامة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
