- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project, and grid simulation software.
- Certification: A Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is highly desirable for leadership roles.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential for coordinating with diverse teams.
