Abu Dhabi's commitment to a sustainable future is taking a major step forward with the expansion of its Green Industrial Zone. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sustainable Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to lead operations that align with international environmental standards and the UAE's Net Zero goals.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that prioritize renewable resources and minimize environmental impact. This is a strategic role that involves auditing suppliers for ethical compliance, managing logistics efficiency, and ensuring that every link in the supply chain supports the zone's green mission. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement circular economy principles and reduce operational waste throughout the facility's lifecycle.
Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. | درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلاسل التوريد أو اللوجستيات.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, specifically within industrial or sustainable sectors. | خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في المشتريات، وتحديداً في القطاعات الصناعية المستدامة.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon footprint analysis, and green logistics. | معرفة قوية بأطر الحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية وتحليل البصمة الكربونية.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication. | إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- Professional Credentials: CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent sustainability certifications are highly preferred. | يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CIPS أو CSCP.
