Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Technical Background: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a must for this position.
- SQL & Databases: You need to be comfortable querying databases to find out why a specific data point isn't showing up correctly.
- AI/ML Familiarity: You do not need to be a data scientist, but you should understand how AI models integrate with software systems.
- Communication: You will be talking to clinical researchers, so you need to be able to explain technical fixes in plain English without all the confusing jargon.
- Problem Solving: A real ability to dig into system logs and identify the root causes of platform glitches is essential.
