We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer specializing in Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Systems for an exciting opportunity in Los Angeles, California. Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: سيتولى المرشح المختار المسؤوليات التالية:
- System Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining satellite modems, RF equipment, and VSAT terminals.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving signal interference and hardware failures.
- Customer Support: Providing remote technical assistance to field technicians and end-users.
- صيانة الأنظمة: مراقبة وصيانة أجهزة مودم الأقمار الصناعية ومعدات التردد اللاسلكي ومحطات VSAT.

Requirements | المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with RF systems and satellite network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred to support a diverse client base.
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles and handle emergency technical calls.
