Job Requirements / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury tourism environment.
- Skills: Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to manage diverse teams.
- Certifications: Professional certifications like CIPD or CPTD are considered a strong asset.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, creating comprehensive training schedules, and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives. You will work closely with department heads to ensure every staff member, from guest relations to management, aligns with the brand’s luxury standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
