Role Overview and Requirements

- Hotel Manager: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in luxury resort management. Proven track record in operational excellence, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Public Relations Manager: Strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management. Ability to craft compelling narratives for new leisure destinations.
- General Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred. Experience with large-scale event logistics is a significant advantage.

For Hotel Managers, the focus remains on maintaining five-star service delivery and optimizing resort revenue. PR Leads will focus on building brand equity for these new districts, engaging with global media outlets, and managing stakeholder expectations during major event cycles.
