- Cross-Border Experience: At least 5 years in BPO operations, specifically managing teams in Egypt or North America.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is required; German or Arabic is a significant advantage.
